This page explains what mjonesone LLC collects when you use Tradecraft.

What we collect

• Your email address, name and firm, to run your account and send sign-in links, reports and alerts.
• The companies you ask about, your questions and your watchlist, to do the research.
• Billing records from Stripe (plan, amounts, dates). Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Basic server logs for security.

How we use it

Only to provide Tradecraft: research, delivery, monitoring alerts, billing and support. We don't sell your data and we don't share your research with other customers. Research is carried out by AI tools that run on our accounts with our providers.

Retention

We keep account and research records while your account is open and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

Email mjonesoneinsta@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account.

Companies we research

Reports use information companies publish themselves or that public tools report. We don't collect personal data about individual consumers of the companies we study.
